On average the nail can grow up to 1/8 of an inch a month. Our general health, nutrition, and age are variables for the nail growth.
To aid in the nail growth, apply a natural oil to the nail and the tissue around the nail. The oil will add strength and flexibility to the nail. Massaging the oil into the skin of the finger with a gentle pulling toward the nail will increase the blood flow to the matrix of the nail which will also aid in improving the nail growth rate.
