What is Reflexology and Energy Work?

Applying pressure to the reflex points on the feet to aid in reducing stress/tension that will assist in re-balancing the body systems. The reflex points correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Reflexology promotes the body to heal itself by the stimulation of the circulatory and lymphatic systems is as well as relieves tension/stress which in turn helps to improve the nerve impulses, blood supply, release of toxins, and to normalize body systems. After a complete reflexology session has been completed, we have activity-stimulated all seven systems of the body.

Is a method of stress reduction that also promotes body healing. There is an unseen energy field that flows through all living things. Stress develops blockages within the body which affects how we feel. The energy work moves and releases the blockages, and detoxifies the body systems which allows stress to be released and provides new vitality and energy that is felt upon the completion of the session. We must remember that we heal on many levels; Emotional/Mental/Physical/Spiritual levels. During a session we will work on some of the following areas depending on the time scheduled; Releasing Stress & Energy Blockages, Usage of Breath & Emotional Focus within the body, Releasing Past Life Issues (if needed), Clearing & Balancing of Chakras’, Improving the Body’s Energy Flow, Passing on massages from Guidance as needed, Knowledge will be shared in Physical/Spiritual Grounding and Self-Releasing/Cleansing.
Combined Reflexology and Energy Work together in a session that is an amazing experience, as well as all the benefits of releasing many levels of stress that affect your health.

Energy Work (Long-Distance) and Readings (Messages received from guidance)*:
I have been providing Long-Distance Energy Work and Reading for many years over the phone for select individuals. There is no reduction in the amount of energy that is received during the Long-Distance session for the individual. I’m empathy so the physical connection for me is no problem at all. If you’re questioning what is Empathy ability. I have the ability to scan someone’s physical and emotional energies within their body. I can feel your energy blockages, pain, emotions directly within my physical body. So basically, I tune in to your body with your permission. In regard to the readings or messages that are received; I’m very intuitive and receive information from many levels of guidance. During your session, I open to receive any information that is for your highest good. If you have been praying and asking for guidance the information will be received. As well as relieves tension/stress which in turn helps to improve the nerve impulses, blood supply, release of toxins, and normalize body systems. To include Reflexology on the hands schedule the 90 minutes session, which adds a deeper level of relaxation for the whole body.
